Hello and welcome to WebTVWire.com, a new site which focuses on the business side of internet television.
I am a keen industry analyst of Internet television and one of the reasons I’m starting this site is to share and expand my knowledge.
It’s taken me about a day and half to design and launch the site and I feel its looking pretty good (if I do say so myself). Now all that’s left is to start cramming all that Internet TV news and analysis onto the site on a regular basis.
I’m sure you all know that television and video being delivered over the internet is a huge discussion point at the moment. A huge landmark was the acquisition of YouTube by Google for a final value of $1.77 billion dollars.
But internet television and video goes a lot deeper than video sharing sites like YouTube and I will hopefully be keeping you up to date with all the activities of the industry on a regular basis.
You may also notice that I post over at WebTVWire’s sister site, WebTVHub.com which launched a couple of months back. WebTVHub focuses on what Internet TV actually brings us showing you what is out there to watch.
