Tales of the South Seas is an adventure television series produced by TEN Network that premiered in 2000.
Tales of the South Seas was Australian adventure series loosely inspired by stories of American writer Jack London. Set at the end of 19th century, the series followed captain David Grief (played by William Snow) and his business partner Mauriri (played by Rene Naufahu) who explore the exotic South Seas on their ship The Rattler in search of profit and adventure. Although the show pilot originally aired in 1998, series itself was broadcast throughout the year 2000.
