Raising The Bar Synopsis
Raising The Bar
is a legal drama airing on TNT. It stars Mark Paul Gosselaar as Jerry Kellerman, an idealistic public defender. He clashes frequently with Judge Trudy Kessler (Jane Kaczmarek) and Michell Ernhardt (Melissa Sagemiller), the prosecutor with whom he is having a secret affair.
The series also stars J. August Richards, Gloria Reuben, Jonathan Scarfe, Teddy Sears, Natalie Cigliuti, and Currie Graham.
Raising The Bar debuted with 7.7 million viewers, the most ever for a new series on basic cable. Despite a drop to an average 5 million viewers per week, TNT recently picked up series for a second season of 15 episodes. It will return later in 2009.
