Cities of the Underworld
is a documentary series airing on the History Channel. It explores the subterranean structures and cultures beneath ancient and modern civilizations. It uses a lively, imaginative narration and CGI to show what these underground locations may have looked like in their heyday.
The series was hosted by Eric Geller in the first season but has since been hosted by Don Wildman. It finished airing its third season in February and is expected to return for a fourth season. The official website includes a supplemental original web series, Naked Underground.
