Bizarre Foods
is a travel and cuisine show airing on the Travel Channel. The host, Andrew Zimmern, visits different cities and countries and samples food native to each location, most of which would be considered gross or strange by many Americans.
The series began as a one hour documentary and the popularity of repeat viewings convinced the Travel Channel to turn it into a regular series with a host. It has aired three seasons and its fourth season will premiere on April 14.
